The major and responsibility are as follow :

•  Participatory  planning , Local Governance, Gender and Development and role of LGED in  the union such as equity of man and woman in the society.

•  Tree plantation and maintenance program in the LGED to control   the flood environment pollution.

• Planning and implementation methodology for World food program(WFP) scheme under rural development program.

• Poor and land less old woman ,  widow and divorce woman can get employment as member’s labor contract’s society  (LCS) group while implementing the earth work component of the construction and on the road side.

•  Land less old woman, widow and divorce woman are involved   in the tree plantation   program and with the help of this program   implement a poverty reduction plan of there own.

• Fisheries people are engaged in non-farm activities such as petty business and services and unemployed youth is of moderately   poor family back ground.

•  Monitor the irrigation agriculture minor drainage to encourage to  increase Agriculture Production.

•  For the welfare of the society and Community development is given Folklor   Training.

• Working with Congregating and neighborhood   group’s for Community change on the Rural areas in Bangladesh.

•  To encourage the poor babies to go towards the school in my Reaching out of   school (ROS) program.

• I visited different school  as a Supervisor of SEQAEP (Secondary Education Quality and Access Enhancement Project) under my Upazilla.
